Getting to HUG
The 2010 conference program starts with registration, demo exhibits/reception and a Welcome Dinner on Sunday, June 13. Closing session and Dinner with Entertainment are on Wednesday, June 16 this year. Demo exhibits, special sessions and training courses will occur on Thursday, June 17 and Friday, June 19.
The Phoenix area offers many restaurants, activities and attractions for visitors. Honeywell support staff and the hotel concierge can assist you with additional information and guides.
Hotel Rates and Reservations
The JW Marriott Desert Ridge is the main conference hotel for the Honeywell Users Group Americas Symposium.
To secure a hotel room, attendees must state their rooming preference at time of Users Group registration. We will confirm availability and hotel confirmation details with attendees directly. Hotel accommodations are first come, first served.
The negotiated rate is $199/night (plus tax) for single or double occupancy ($10 per additional person per room). Only standard rooms are available for attendees. Breakfast for all room occupants during conference program dates is included in this rate. The breakfast will be held 6:30 – 8:00 AM in a designated conference meal room.

Ground Transportation
Attendees are responsible for their own ground transportation and airport transfers. Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport offers numerous rental car, taxi and shuttle service options, including Super Shuttle, which may be reached at 800-258-3826 or 602-244-9000.
Weather
Weather in Phoenix in June is generally clear, warm with sunny skies and low winds. Sunscreen is recommended.
